At Ithaca Online Clothing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be granted. By making a purchase from our website, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date unless otherwise stated. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Products must be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, alteration, damage, or use.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with their order number and reason for return. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds will not be issued for items that are not received.

Refund Approval and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your refund has not appeared after the stated timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider first, as processing delays may occur outside of our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Failure to report damaged or incorrect items within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee product availability for exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order. Exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Chargebacks and Disputes Customers agree to contact Ithaca Online Clothing directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in account suspension and legal action.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
